Yes it does work... takes a little fine tuning, but it works, theres loads of hate on some solutions that all work fine

I got this to work by replacing the left smaller bomb with a big bomb. Made the tower topple over to the left

I got it to work with one large bomb in place of the small one, only use the one bomb. Had to move it around a few times to find the right place.
