For WP7 place the keg as shown and place a dynamite on the top of the vertical block directly above it. You'll really have to tweak the heights. I was constantly getting 12,6xx and 12,989! Finally got it with EXACTLY 13,000!

Easier method on WP7 is to put the keg at top of bottom row centre and a dynmite at top of second pylon from left on second row. Gave me an easy Height of around 11.4m and score of 13,442
