Added a second image, slightly different solution. If you can't get it to work try slightly making adjustments until you get the A+. It does work.

Ok, Figured out what worked for me. Move the left most bomb, all the way to the right vertical, against the bottom horizontal.

i just removed the bomb on the far left. And then the bomb on right was moved to the left for abit.

Any other ideas for WP7 devices ? I have tried everything here and everyones advice but, can only get an A. I have also been tweaking for over an hour with no luck...

I was able to get the A+ on the WP7 device. Use the layout in the second picture and very slightly adjust the rightmost and middle bomb. One perfect layout will get you an A+ but it will take a lot of trial and error.
